We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours and if required, we might ask for a RX or a CT scan.
We will then send you a provisional quote, outlining the various possibilities after an initial evaluation in one of our Lisbon practices.
We will never ask for an upfron payment or ask the patient to sign a commitment before the evaluation and objectives are clear.
